Compatibility is reviewed from the machine model, approved drawing, existing belt dimensions, hole or cleat layout, photos, operating data, and sample details.

Depending on the product, we may confirm belt width, total length or perimeter, thickness, reinforcement, cover grade, hole diameter, pitch, edge distance, sidewall profile, cleat dimensions, pulley diameter, or joint requirements.

After technical approval, the order moves to production scheduling, material preparation, manufacturing, dimensional verification, final inspection, packing, and shipment preparation.

Customized dimensions, drilling layouts, cleats, grooves, reinforcement, markings, and packaging requirements should be finalized before production begins. Export documents are prepared according to the agreed trade terms.

Lead time depends on the specification, quantity, raw-material requirements, tooling, and current production schedule. Repeat specifications may be produced more quickly than a new customized construction.

Shipping can be arranged by sea freight, air freight, or international express. Available trade terms may include EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP, subject to the destination, product dimensions, and shipment conditions.
